Lead Time
Our products have a lead time of 3-5 business days after the payment has been received.
Please note: the lead time only refers to the time it takes us to make your items. Eg, if there’s a 4 day lead time and 3 day shipping time, then your order will be with you 7 working days after you place your order.
You will be contacted should there be an unexpected delay.
COURIER OPTIONS:
We offer the following courier options:
Local Collection by appointment (from Bellville, Cape Town, Northern Suburbs) – FREE
Standard courier (main centres: 1-3 business days) – R95
Local Courier (1-2 business days) – R75 (only select local delivery if applicable to you- your order won’t be dispatched if there are outstanding courier fees)
PUDO (3-5 days) – R60 (at own risk of breakage or loss)
Special Delivery:
If you require delivery to a remote location, if a special trip is required, or in any event that the courier fee is more than the delivery option that you selected, Ark&Whale reserves the right to adjust your delivery fees.
